Because custom wigs are made specifically to your selected measurements, specifications, and preferences:

Ready-to-Wear Wigs
All ready-to-wear wig sales are final due to hygiene and quality control standards.
Wigs that have been worn, altered, or tampered with in any way will not be accepted for exchanges.
Services + Appointment
All services, included but not limited to:

Coaching sessions

are non-refundable
Any cancellation or rescheduling policies related to services will be outlined at the time of booking
Payment Plans
Payment plans are a commitment to complete the full balance.
